RaspiCam Remote: View your Raspberry Pi Camera on Android

RaspiCam Remote by Mike Redrobe is a multimedia application for Android devices that allows you to view your Raspberry Pi Camera with ease. This app is straightforward to use, with no additional software required for basic use. With this app, you can view your Raspberry Pi Camera in both portrait and landscape modes by simply typing in the IP address of your Raspberry Pi.

One of the most significant features of this app is its ability to save pictures taken from the Raspberry Pi Camera directly to your phone's gallery. Additionally, RaspiCam Remote allows for 30fps h264 video streaming mode for camera monitoring on your Android device. However, this feature requires VLC, which can be installed using the command 'sudo apt-get install vlc.'

RaspiCam Remote also allows you to configure and test the Raspberry Pi Camera's built-in image filters, and it features instant live drag/pinch to zoom and rotate, even in video mode. Furthermore, this app now supports USB cameras (needs fswebcam) and can view any mjpeg IP camera (motion). The latest update includes multiple views, allowing you to view two or four cameras simultaneously.
